Should the delivery contain a product or software that is under a third party license agreement, then the license terms from the third party product or software provider shall apply. The goods remain the property of Nohau Solutions AB, and may not be sold to a third party, until fully paid for:
License conditions
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT in this offer is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed based upon an End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and this license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program and its use between your organisation and the licensor of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS and shall govern in the case of conflict between any other terms. General Terms and Conditions for Nohau Academy
General
Participation in training courses organised by Nohau Academy requires that the participant follows the instructions and guidelines communicated in connection with booking and prior to the course start.
Terms and conditions may differ between scheduled open courses and in-company training. Any deviations will be specified in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Booking and Confirmation
Course bookings become binding for the participant’s company once Nohau has confirmed the booking. Confirmation and practical information will be sent by email prior to the course start.
Cancellation and Rebooking
Our cancellation and rebooking policy is based on the guidelines of Almega Training Companies.
• Cancellations and rebookings must be made in writing during office hours (08:00–16:00) to academy@nohau.se, with a copy to the sales contact.
• Free cancellation or rebooking is permitted up to 20 business days prior to the course start.
• For cancellations made later than 20 but no later than 12 business days before the course start, 50 per cent of the course fee will be charged.
• For cancellations made later than 12 business days before the course start, the full course fee will be charged.
• If a participant is unable to attend, the course place may be transferred to another participant within the same company, subject to agreement with Nohau.
Course Fees and Payment
All prices are stated excluding VAT. Invoicing is carried out with 15 days’ payment terms, and the course fee must be paid before the course start. Late payments will incur default interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.
Currency is specified on the website or in the quotation. SEK applies for customers in Sweden and DKK in Denmark unless otherwise agreed. EUR applies for Finland and Norway unless otherwise agreed.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Training
Nohau reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course due to, for example, insufficient number of participants, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancelled course, the paid course fee will be refunded. Any consequential costs will not be reimbursed.
Personal Data
Nohau processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Data is used solely for the administration and delivery of training courses. Further information is available in our privacy policy.
Force Majeure
Nohau is not liable for delays or cancelled training courses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
