Should the delivery contain a product or software that is under a third party license agreement, then the license terms from the third party product or software provider shall apply. The goods remain the property of Nohau Solutions AB, and may not be sold to a third party, until fully paid for:
License conditions
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT in this offer is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed based upon an End-User License Agreement ("EULA") and this license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program and its use between your organisation and the licensor of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS and shall govern in the case of conflict between any other terms. Academy
Registration
Register for a course no later than two (2) weeks before the start of the course. As seats are limited, your registration is required and binding.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your registration together with joining instructions for the course. You will be invoiced separately. A reminder will be sent to you approximately two weeks before the course.
Course fee
All course material, lunch and refreshments are included in the fee. The fee must be paid before the course starts. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Course fees on our web are presented in EUR, DKK and SEK. SEK applies to all customers in Sweden and DKK in Denmark, unless other terms have been specifically agreed. EUR applies to customers in Finland and Norway unless other terms have been specifically agreed.
Cancellation
For most of our trainings will a full refund be given if you cancel no later than 14 days before the start of the course. If you cancel after this, but no later than 7 days before the start date, we will refund half the fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, no refund will be given.
Exception: A few of our trainings have other conditions, due to different circumstances. Please check your confirmation e-mail, after you have booked a training.
If the person booked on a course cannot attend, you may send a replacement participant at no extra charge. Please advise the new participant’s name as soon as possible.
Conditions
We reserve the right to change prices and dates of scheduled courses and to cancel planned courses. Please note, we do not accept any financial or other liability for losses incurred. Any course fees paid prior to cancellation will be credited.
