Webinar: Understanding the Cyber Resilience Act - What it means for product companies

Webinar: Understanding the Cyber Resilience Act - What it means for product companies

We’re launching a new security webinar series focused on how to become compliant with current and upcoming EU cybersecurity requirements - and what they mean for your organization.
Our first introductory session, Understanding the Cyber Resilience Act: What it means for product companies, will be held on April 15, 2026.

The EU has recently introduced new requirements across different industries. DORA affects businesses in the financial sector. NIS2 applies to critical infrastructure and essential entities.

Now, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) will broaden these requirements further. On various levels, it will become mandatory for companies selling digital products - both hardware and software - within the EU.

The regulation includes a long list of security aspects to address: secure-by-design, secure update management, vulnerability handling, Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), lifecycle management (up to 10 years), documentation for CRA readiness and more.In practice, this means a significant number of areas need to be reviewed - often based on a risk analysis. The effort required depends largely on your current security level and the industry you operate in.

We work with both SMEs and enterprise customers developing embedded solutions - and for most of them, CRA will have a direct impact.

Following our previous webinar on Secure-by-Design, we are now launching a dedicated webinar series where we explore key areas of security and share practical ideas on how to solve problems.

The introductory webinar will cover a number of topics:

• Why NIS2 and CRA
• Can you avoid compliance
• CRA compliance workflow
• Risk analysis / assessment
• Hands on: Practical steps (short, mid, long term)

Martin Andersson, Technology Expert, Nohau Solutions
Jens Bertelsen, Security Advisor & Lead Auditor, Ment2B
