Lauterbach - Debug with TRACE32

Lauterbach TRACE32 is a development tool designed for complex applications and is available for a number of different processors. This will go through the basic functionality for debugging and is a good starting point when you are new to Lauterbach TRACE32.

The training consists of 2,5 hours with video presentation and extensive LAB exercises that will be conducted in TRACE32 simulator. To complete the training ~7 hours are needed.

• TRACE32 configuration and use cases

• GUI, menu, workspace and command line

• Getting started with a new board

• Loading symbols and debugging on source code level

• Handle registers and memory content

• Displaying variables and stack in different ways

• Breakpoints, program breakpoints and access breakpoints
